The Dual Comfort Pro

A premium double-sided anti-snoring head pillow — designed as an accessible entry point into positional sleep for snorers, mild positional sleep apnoea, and patients who want a simpler solution alongside other treatment.

Two pillows in one — engineered for side-sleep comfort

The Dual Comfort Pro — double-sided anti-snoring pillow by Professor Vik Veer

The Dual Comfort Pro is the head pillow I designed for snorers and lighter sleepers who do not yet need the full Side Sleep Pro system. The premise is simple: most people who try to switch to side sleeping give up within a week because the pillow they're using is wrong for the position. The Dual Comfort Pro solves that with two different surfaces in one pillow — flip it over to find the side that suits you best.

The two sides explained

Low-recoil side

Holds the user gently in position through the night, reducing the chance of rolling onto the back without causing pressure discomfort. The foam responds slowly so it cushions the head and ear, but recovers slowly enough that small movements don't push you out of position.

Springy, breathable side

Relieves pressure on the ear and improves airflow — particularly useful for patients with ear sensitivity or those who tend to overheat. The lattice structure of this side allows air to move through the pillow rather than trapping body heat.

The shredded memory foam fill inside the Dual Comfort Pro

Adjustable fill

The Dual Comfort Pro includes a removable shredded memory foam insert.

  • Retain the insert — greater height and firmness; suits side sleepers who need more support, particularly broader-shouldered users.
  • Remove the insert — lower profile; preferred by stomach sleepers transitioning to side sleeping, smaller-framed users, or those who use a CPAP mask that needs a flatter pillow.

This single feature is the reason the Dual Comfort Pro suits such a wide range of body types — no other pillow on the market lets you tune the firmness this directly.

Who it's for

The Dual Comfort Pro suits patients who:

  • Snore but do not yet have a confirmed sleep apnoea diagnosis
  • Have mild positional OSA and are exploring conservative options before surgery
  • Are using the Side Sleep Pro body pillow and want a matching head pillow
  • Are looking for a more affordable first step into positional sleep
  • Wake with ear or shoulder discomfort on their current pillow

How it pairs with the Side Sleep Pro

Many patients use both. The Dual Comfort Pro is excellent as a standalone head pillow; pair it with the Side Sleep Pro body pillow if you need extra resistance against rolling back during the night. For moderate-to-severe OSA where holding position is essential, the full Side Sleep Pro system is the better starting point.

The cover is removable and machine-washable. The foam core is wiped clean and should not be submerged.

Yes — particularly with the shredded foam insert removed, which gives a lower profile that accommodates most CPAP masks without dislodging the seal.
